I have previously shopped on your old online store site, will I need to set up a new account on this site?

Yes! The process is simple and takes only a few minutes, this allows us to make sure that we have your most current information on file.

What payment methods can be used?

Why is my payment method being declined?

If you know that your card is not over limit, this could be the problem:

For our clients security, the information used for the "BILL TO" information on your order must match the "BILL TO" information on your credit card exactly.  Name, address and postal code must be same as the information your credit card company has on file, or the card will be declined.

If I am sending a gift, can I include a message to the recipient?

Yes, simply type your message in the "COMMENT" section during the checkout process, and the message will be included on the packing slip included with your shipment.

What happens if all my merchandise is not available when my order is placed?

We make every effort to reflect our current inventory on the product page for each item.  However, if the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when it might become available again. 

Is it possible to have my order shipped via a faster method, such as overnight?
