Normal order turn around is within a two week time frame, and in most instants sooner, however you should allow more time during high volume mail order seasons and for backordered merchandise. All orders are processed and shipped on a first in / first out basis.
If a valid email address is furnished, our carrier will send an email notice of shipment, when the package is picked up at our office. This will provide information for you to track your shipment through the carrier.
If an order is needed earlier than our normal shipment methods, please call in your order to our office for availalbility and shiiping options at 1-877-DP-GIFTS or 1-877-374-4387, as our site does not currently offer expedited delivery services. We hope to be able to offer those options in the near future.
We are not responsible and will not accept liability for errors in delivery or delays caused by the incorrect entry of an address by the buyer, the lack of sufficient suite or apartment numbers, or the mis-spelling of an address by the buyer. These type errors are the sole responsibilty of the buyer. Nor will will be held responsible for delivery errors or delays that the carrier may make due to errors by their personnel or weather conditions, as these are beyond our control.
Returns will be accepted within 45 days of delivery, and must be in original packaging with original tags, and can not be washed or worn, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, stating the reason for the return and your wishes.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, and return shipping charges are at the customers expense.
Credits will be made to the original payment method only. In the case of payments made via check or money order, a store credit will be issued toward a future purchase.
No refunds will be issued for merchandise that has been washed or worn.
Returns that are not made within the alotted time frame cannot be accepted.
Exchanges can be made within 45 days of the date of your invoice. You must send the item along with a copy of the invoice stating your wishes. The items must not be washed or worn, and must include original tags and packaging. Items that are not in original condition cannot be exchanged.
Return and re-shipment fees on returns are at the customers expense. Regular items will be charged an $8.00 return shipment fee, and oversized packages will be charged according to the standard rates at the time of the exchange. You will be sent an email or a telephone call for acceptance of these charges prior to the exchange, if over the normal $8.00 fee. Our system does not hold our clients credit card information, therefore a payment method should be included to cover these re-shipment fees.
Exchanges due to the fault of our company in shipping the incorrect item will be refunded the postage expense to return the item to our companny, up to the standard First Class Postage rates, and all returns of this nature must be returned via the US Postal Service.
We do not cover expedited return charges of any nature for returns or exhanges.
No exchanges can be made on items that have been washed or worn.
